I heard about xtranormal.com from unfogged, and decided to give it a try for library promotional videos. It was extremely easy to use, with a pretty intuitive interface. The video below took about 40 minutes to make, and is supposed to promote our new discovery environment, Searchworks (and encourage kids to come to the library and talk to a librarian). I would love to hear some feedback on this.
*For the non-Stanford folks, PWR is the Program in Writing and Rhetoric, which teaches the Freshman and Sophomore required classes in writing and rhetoric. The library provides dedicated support to those classes.
**I made 2 more Library Videos, and learned to use the Pause feature and gestures to make the conversation flow a bit better.
